NCT-01B type cableless static penetration technology is the advanced radio transmission technology adopted by engineers and technicians of Nanguang Geological Instrument Co., Ltd., which is equipped with a rechargeable lithium battery to supply power in the probe. It is not necessary to put the multi-core cable in the probe during the test. Through continuous connection, real-time monitoring of static test data can be realized. After more than two years of research and development, the technical performance is stable, the test data is accurate and reliable, and the operation is simple and efficient. This new technology has been applied to on-site exploration operations in the fourth quarter of 2017.
Cable-free static penetration is compared with traditional conventional wired static penetration:
?Static penetration into the system:Regardless of the bulk hydraulic two-cylinder static probe or wheel type, the crawler type hydraulic static probe has no change in the penetration method and the penetration device, and can be reduced in manpower during operation.
?Test probe:The single-bridge, double-bridge, hole-pressure static probe multi-function probe and electric cross-section probe are also applied. Only the transfer device and the power supply lithium battery are attached to the upper part of the probe (patent pending).
?Touch probe:The appearance length, diameter and connecting thread of the sample rod are the same, no cable is required, and the connection can be independently and arbitrarily connected, and a sealed single-line conductive member (patent pending) is installed in the probe.
?The test record instrument is similar:The same method as the static probe microcomputer, operation, reading, storage, display... and the new instrument page refreshes faster and the test accuracy is more accurate.
?Cableless statics are mainly different:There is no need for long cables to run through all the probes, and the cables are connected correctly to the probes and test instruments.
Cableless static testing not only reduces the working hours of all the probes in the cable, but also does not affect the accuracy of the static testing due to cable factors, especially without considering the loss of the entire project due to improper operation or accidental damage to the cable. The cost of expensive cables is also saved.
The cableless static probe does not pass through the cable, and each of them is independent, so it is convenient to install the casing for the static drilling operation. At present, the tester has no cable penetration depth of 60M in the field. The indoor simulation test reached more than 100 meters.
